How the 6 week programme works

Initial 1:1 telephone or Teams call

We'll discuss your stroke, medical history, and nutritional challenges.

Weekly group sessions

1 group session on Teams each week (6 sessions total) where I talk about different nutritional topics each week and give time for questions and answers. 

Weekly action steps

Each week you will have 1-3 action steps to put in place to start taking control over your nutrition.

In-between weekly calls, you will be able to send questions or concerns via email.
